4/ Investment and life cycle costing – supporting feasibility and life cycle cost analysis of the building envelope and HVAC systems in accordance with an investment strategy of the client.

5/ Sustainability – assessment and optimisation of the building sustainability represented with the green building certification systems such as for example BREEAM and LEED. These certification systems represent the effective integrated design tools with the main aim to decrease negative effect on the environment and to increase long term building value.
